Bar seating packages
To compliment Miss Tea caravan bar, an outdoor bar seating package creates that perfect atmosphere!
1x bar pack includes a bar leaner, 4x bar stools and umbrella with stand. We also customize bar seating packs and can source some beautiful pieces, including haybales, low lying tables, deck chairs, loungers and outdoor coffee tables.

WHAT TO PROVIDE & NEED TO KNOW
Miss Tea caravan bar is a BYO service. You will need to provide your beverages of choice, a power supply for the caravan which is essential and we recommend hiring a chiller trailer for larger events or chilling drinks prior to our arrival. When we arrive we take care of restocking our caravan and the servicing of your event. Between service times you will see us helping clear tables to keep your venue looking neat and tidy.
For events over 130 guests, it may be recommended to hire one extra bar staff to ensure the smooth running of your service and we may require extra glassware. This will be discussed on enquiry. Bar staff and glassware provided for your event, is for the service and running of the caravan bar only. Should you require extra glassware and service staff for your wedding reception or formal seating event, we can happily arrange this at an added cost.
We require access to your venue approximately 3 hours prior to your service time to set up and we will need to remain on the premises for up to 1 hour after service ends, to pack down.
We can recommend you to some reputable sources, for the supply of alcoholic beverages and we are more than happy to help take some recycling for you. This makes that "morning after" just that little bit sweeter. If you are wanting us to provide some recycling bins and take care of this for the duration of your event, please enquire to see what we can offer you.
▪ Miss Tea will provide you with glassware for up to 130 guests & travel within the Bay of Plenty. Please note, wider surrounds may not apply for free travel costs. Please enquire with your location to find out more. Glassware available: champagne flutes, wine glasses & stemless wine glasses, tumblers for spirits or water & pilsner glasses.
